Hi there, tried to register, but havent recieved confirmation yet.  I recently brought a 2005 2.5 xtrail 4x4, and need some advise from other xtrail owners.  My wife and I plan to do an overlanding trip next year around Swaziland, Mozambique,Zambia and Botswana, the vehicle currently stands on 118 000km and has no modifications/accessories.  I plan to fit a roof carrier with brackets for 2 jerrycans, bull/nudge bar, fog lamps and spotlights for this trip.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I should fit that is absolutely neccessary or have any comments on what I can expect from the xtrail as an overland vehicle, vehicle problems to look out for, what spares to take on the trip or any information regarding the xtrail that I should be aware of to avoid future problems?

Your input will be highly appreciated.
