Have a new one made up at any radiator workshop.
Kobus, gaan na Eddie toe daar by Mr Cool in Kemptonpark.
Eddie made me a new radiator (copper) when the standard aluminium one's plastic hearder tank cracked. This was on the Terrano. He copied it so meticiously that the cowling and everything else that was fitted to the old radiator was a perfect fit on the new one!!
The radiator replacement from Nissan was R8500, or R7500 after a begged for discount. This is for the standard two row core radiator. Eddie's cost for a copper one, with copper header tanks and 3 rows of cores, was R3800.
The added advantage is that should I ever have a problem again, even in the remotest little town, it will be able to be fixed with some solder and a soldering iron or asetelene flame!!. That is a major advantage of having a copper radiator!
